Kilimanjaro Aid Project (KAP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of elders and children in Tanzania. Comprised of a passionate team of individuals, volunteers, and supporters, KAP is driven by a shared vision of creating a better future for children, women and elders here in Tanzania.
The people behind KAP are individuals who believe in the inherent worth and dignity of every individual, regardless of age or background. They are compassionate and empathetic, understanding the challenges faced by elders and children in Tanzania and striving to address those challenges through their work.
The team at KAP consists of dedicated professionals, including project managers, administrators, healthcare providers, educators, and social workers. They bring together their expertise and skills to design and implement programs that address the specific needs of the communities.
We help underprivileged children in rural Tanzania with the necessary educational resources to enable them to reach their full potential. We are doing this by providing tuition funding, school supplies, mentorship, and connecting local schools with educators and volunteers from various parts of the world.

KAP was established in 2020 by two friends who witnessed the hardships faced by elders and children in Tanzania . Fueled by a shared vision of improving lives and building stronger communities, they embarked on a mission to address the pressing needs of these vulnerable populations. With determination and unwavering dedication, KAP took its first steps towards making a difference.
Our Elder Care Program focuses on providing holistic care and support to elders in need. This program includes elder care that offer healthcare services, food, clothing, housing and mobility equipment. We prioritize the well-being and dignity of elders, ensuring they receive the attention, care, and respect they deserve.
We help underprivileged children in rural Tanzania with the necessary educational resources to enable them to reach their full potential. Our Nutrition Project addresses food insecurity by providing nutritious meals to those in need. We organize food distribution programs, collaborate with local voluntees to raise awareness about the importance of proper nutrition. We strive to alleviate hunger and improve the overall well-being of individuals and families.
The Health Support Program focuses on improving access to healthcare services and promoting health education. We help elder who live in difficult life to acces medical services & support fund of buying medicines, and also we provide education to the youth about important of health check up . Our aim is to enhance overall health and well-being in the communities we serve
The Bed and Mattress Program focuses on providing comfortable and safe sleeping arrangements. We distribute beds and mattresses to individuals who are in need, ensuring they have a proper place to rest and sleep. This program promotes better sleep, comfort, and overall well-being.
The Sanitary Toilet Building Program is a vital initiative within Kilimanjaro Aid Project (KAP) that focuses on improving sanitation and hygiene conditions in communities in Tanzania. KAP help to build toilet to village member who don't have the toilet by raising fund from friends , during events or partner organisations.
